Monitoring

We are monitoring a service degradation in the US1 region reported by AWS in their cloudwatch service. This service is used by auto-scaling functions in our system, which may impact any burst in requests/load on our system (which is highly unlikely, since our system is at peak capacity right now). However, we are letting our customers know we are proactively monitoring the situation.
