Update
we are leaving this inicdent in monitoring, but all systems are operational as of now. A full post-mortem will be sent to you by your account manager, and we will offer technical calls as a part of that given the considerable scale/impact this had for our customers.

Update
Additional Guidance: if any users are having issues at this time, we recommend a File >> Exit/Quit and restart of the application to ensure that their app is not attempting to communicate with any cached servers. We are continuing to see improvmeent.

Monitoring
After replacing some hardware at AWS, we are seeing systems return to normal and are monitoring closely. We are not giving the 'all clear' but sharing this for information purposes.

Investigating
We are seeing a resurgence of the same issue from the incident yesterday with degraded performance on calls. Although the issue was resolved overnight and performance in the early morning was normal, the issue resurfaced. Engineers are investigating.
